- 2 lbs. chicken parts.
- 1 cup sliced or diced carrots.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cauliflower pieces.
- 1 whole tomato, diced.
- 2 whole green onions, including stems, sliced.
- 4 cloves fresh garlic.
- 1 tablespoon oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
- salt to taste.
Wash and drain chicken parts. Heat
oil, add garlic and green onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add Paprika and tomatoes, cover and cook for
10 minutes on medium heat. Add
cauliflower, carrots and salt, cook for 5 minutes.
