Limoncello (lemon liqueur)


-  5 dl of 95°alcohol.
-  5 dl of water.
-  400 g of sugar.
-  lemon juice.
-  6  lemon skins.
-  16 leafs of lemon.

In a closed vase held to dark, macerate the lemon leaves and skin in the alcohol for 15 days. Daily shake the vase. On the Sixteenth day, mix the lemon juice, the water and the sugar and add the mixture to the content of vase and let rest for 24 hours. Filtered and bottled the liqueur. It must wait for a month approximately before being able to taste the Limoncello.
