Preparation time :15 min.
- 200 g Organics Spinach.
- 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
2 Organics Apples.
- 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup.
- 2 tbsp Organic balsamic vinegar.
Place spinach in large serving bowl.
Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium heat; cook apples for 1 to 2
minutes or until softened. Whisk together maple syrup and vinegar; pour
into pan and cook another 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over spinach and toss.
