Zabaione (eggs liqueur)

 - 80 g of 95°alcohol.
 - 150 g of marsala (italian liquor)
 - 0.5 l of homo milk
 - 400 g of sugar.
 - 4 egg yolks.
 - 1 vaniglia stick.

In a container beat eggs and 200 g of sugar, in the meantime boil the milk,200 g of sugar and the vaniglia stick for 15 minutes approximately, leave  to cool, remove the vaniglia stick and add marsala and the alcohol. Bottled all and remembered to shake the bottle before pouring the Zabaione.
